Conditions:

  1. The responsibility of the private driver is limited to transporting the customer to the specified destination as stated in this invoice/contract using the customer’s vehicle.
  2. The company does not hold liability for any fire, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Additionally, it will not be responsible for any damage or injury due to faulty brakes or poor vehicle condition.
  3. The customer confirms that their vehicle is adequately insured.
  4. In the event of an accident, the company’s liability is confined to the coverage specified in the vehicle’s insurance policy as per UAE motor insurance regulations.
  5. The maximum liability of the company is limited to the refund of the fare paid.
  6. The private driver has the authority to stop the service and discontinue driving if the customer behaves in a manner that could endanger either party’s safety.
  7. If the vehicle breaks down during the trip or en route to the customer’s destination, the designated driver will attempt to arrange an alternative at the company’s discretion. No refunds will be provided for the incomplete portion of the trip.
  8. The company is not responsible for missed appointments caused by traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or adverse weather conditions.
  9. The company will not be liable for any defects in the customer’s vehicle that render it unusable unless it is proven to be caused by the company’s negligence.
  10. The company reserves the right to adjust prices with or without prior notice. A fee will be charged if the customer cancels or modifies a booking within less than one hour of the agreed time.
  11. The customer agrees to refrain from causing distractions to ensure the safety of both the driver and themselves during the service.
  12. Acceptance of the service indicates the customer’s acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions.
  13. If the customer receives any fines or is involved in an accident during the service, they must report it to us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the incident. Reports should be sent to [email protected] or call us at +971508009721. Failure to report within 7 days releases the company from any responsibility for loss, damage, alterations, delays, or traffic violations.
